Winfield Public Library Volunteer Policy

The Winfield Public Library recognizes and appreciates the hard work and unique talents the volunteers of the community offer to the Winfield Public Library throughout the year. All work performed by volunteers is done without compensation, and at the risk of the volunteer. The Library’s insurance will not cover the volunteer as an employee.

The Library does not accept court-ordered community service at this time.

PROVISION FOR REVIEW

The Winfield Public Library Board of Trustees shall review and/or revise this policy annually.
